A 3D-printed prototype follows, allowing for initial testing and refinements. Once the design is validated, patterns and fixtures are crafted using CNC machining. The heated Kydex is then vacuum formed over the pattern. CNC processing the vacuum-formed Kydex, enhancing precision and reliability. The individual components are then assembled and finished. Finally, each holster undergoes meticulous hand adjustments, fine-tuning its retention and behavior for an optimal user experience.
